ABOUT. DOUGH XX® is an independent creator of quality cookie dough. Made in small batches by hand-and-hobart, we only use the best ingredients possible. Whether it’s pure vanilla xxtract, or really good chocolate sourced from one of the oldest family-run chocolate makers in America, we truly care. And the kicker: instead of eggs, we use finely ground chia seeds, making for a dough that is somehow simultaneously nuttier, chewier, and more complexx. Sometimes we top with a few flakes of delicate crunchy sea salt for that salty/sweet contrast—it’s doughlicious.

STORY. DOUGH XX was started by writer and lover of all things good Omar Mamoon. When he moved to San Francisco, his first apartment was located directly across the street from  La Cocina, a non-profit organization that helps low-income, immigrant women of color start food businesses. La Cocina’s mission spoke loudly to Omar, so he began volunteering regularly—he slowly grew inspired to start his very own food business in 2013: a cookie dough company called DOUGH & CO, which he later changed to DOUGH XX.

COLLABORATION FOR A CAUSE. DOUGH XX was started by pouring our energy into an organization that matters, and in that philanthropic spirit, we proudly donate as much of our delicious cookie dough back to different causes and non-profits around the world doing good work; to date, we’ve directly raised and donated tens-of-thousands of dollars. These days, we’re putting energy into our own education non-profit, LIBROS PARA TODOS.
